Seafood Stories is a monthly dining event presented by Fish Revolution and Fine & Rare. Each dinner focuses on the stories around a specific species, fishermen, chef, and hot topics in ocean conservation. People gather around the dinner table to understand issues impacting our oceans and how individuals and the culinary community can work for positive change that benefits the environment, people, and keeps delicious seafood on the dinner table.
On August 11, 2016, the event features Scoma's Executive Chef Gordon Drysdale. Chef Drysdale will be discussing Scoma's sustainable seafood journey and serving a multi-course dinner.
