Fisherman's Wharf of San Francisco
Fisherman’s Wharf is the most family-oriented place in San Francisco.

Some popular activities for kids are visiting the Aquarium of the Bay at PIER 39, or eating world famous Ghirardelli chocolate and hot fudge sundaes at Ghirardelli Square. Kids also love the Wax Museum, Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, and taking the ferry to Alcatraz to get a taste of what life was like on “The Rock.” Another kid-friendly adventure is taking a ride on the cable car.

There are free performances for kids daily on the Center Stage at PIER 39. After the show walk over to the marina and watch the sea lions.
