Movies on the Pier is a film series presented by the San Francisco Maritime National Park Association. Films are presented free of charge on a giant screen in The Triangle (vistor's center) at Pier 45. Space is limited, so an RSVP is required.
Round up your friends and head to The PIER for an evening of wine, music and fun at the PIER 39 Spring Wine Pour on Friday, May 18! Stroll The PIER and stop by participating businesses to enjoy wine tastings, exclusive discounts, and live music and entertainment from 4-8pm.
The Red Umbrellas Group will be featured at the Cannery Courtyard on June 10th. The Cannery Courtyard is located between the Argonaut Hotel and the Historic Del Monte Cannery Building.
At the Art & Wine Walk at the Wharf, select art galleries, museums, and other businesses in the Wharf’s arts district will open their doors to local art and wine lovers. Enjoy museum-like art galleries filled with paintings, sculptures, and mixed-media works from burgeoning local artists and the greats like Picasso and DalÍ.

The 82nd Madonna del Lume Celebration
La Festa della Madonna del Lume (Mother of the Light) is one of many traditional celebrations Italian immigrants brought to the United States. This particular Festa honors Mary, guardian & patroness of fishermen, with a mass, procession and the ancient ritual of the blessing of the fishing fleet at Fisherman's Wharf.

On Saturday, May 13, 2017, from 12 PM to 5 PM, Ghirardelli Square will host the 12th Annual Uncorked Wine Festival. Uncorked is a public event which provides an opportunity to taste, learn and experience wine from throughout Northern California.Activities for the event will take place throughout the courtyards of Ghirardelli Square as well as on Beach Street, adjacent to the Square.

We're planning an ugly sweater holiday pub crawl, having the annual Lighted Boat Parade on December 16th, and once again PIER 39 and Ghirardelli Square unveil their beautifully decorated trees.

San Francisco's ANNUAL ITALIAN HERITAGE PARADE on Sunday, October 9, 2016, as the City's oldest civic event and the nation's oldest Italian-American parade and community celebration winds its way from Fisherman's Wharf to North Beach.
Come Celebrate 150 years of emergency response and firefighting in San Francisco with the brave men and women on the SFFD! Live demonstrations of historical horse drawn fire engines from the 19th and early 20th centuries. Historic apparatus and vehicles will be on display.
